For our fast-growing department specialising in energy storage systems, we are looking for a driven Sales Engineer who thinks along with us about innovative technology. About the position

Will you be our new Sales Engineer?

You are the product specialist who effortlessly translates customer questions into smart, technically well-thought-out solutions. With your persuasiveness and advisory skills, you know how to inspire both engineers in detailed discussions and management in strategic consultations.

As Sales Engineer, you are part of our driven sales team and work closely with three account managers. You are the connecting link between customer, sales and engineering: you listen, analyse and translate technical challenges into a concrete and feasible plan. You combine your curiosity for technology with commercial flair and work together with your colleagues to find the best solution for each customer.

What does your working week look like?

• One day you will go out with an account manager to advise customers and convince them of the power of our energy storage systems.
• The next day, you will sit down with engineers, discuss the latest market developments and make the link to our customers’ challenges.
• At other times, you work on technical documentation, translate insights into concrete plans and keep your knowledge sharp by analysing market trends and customer needs.

In short: you are the pivot between technology and commerce, and your expertise makes the difference for our customers.

At our Haarlem factory, we develop and produce complete custom-made battery packs for applications such as electric boats, generators and heavy construction machinery.

You will join an ambitious team in our Energy Storage department. Here, you will work together with driven account managers to develop and roll out energy storage solutions. The department is developing rapidly, an environment in which you can contribute ideas, build and have a real impact. This requires someone who takes initiative, sees opportunities and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where not everything is fixed yet.
