
Account Manager Greece
In this role, you will be based in Greece or the Balkan region. You will be visiting (potential) customers and proactively identifying their needs. You see commercial opportunities and are not afraid to go the extra mile for the customer. You will build and expand a client base for our Energy Storage Systems department. With your drive and initiative, Intercel will continue to grow!
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a self-driven and proactive Account Manager. With your experience in a commercial role, you are ready for the next step. Of course, you will learn about our products and gain in-depth knowledge of our battery solutions, applications, markets, and customers.
From our office in Athens we work througout Greece and northen area. You can work from our office in Athens but also from home, mainly your as part of a friendly and supportive team.
Your Sales Manager will guide you on our products and solutions, helping you quickly gain a strong understanding of our battery systems, applications, markets, and customers. With your sales experience and technical knowledge, you will be able to work independently in no time. You are driven to find and build relationships with new customers. You will be the essential link between our clients and partners in the energy storage, UPS systems, and other battery applications markets.
Key responsibilities:

Proactively approach potential customers and accurately identify their needs with a people-focused approach;

Advise customers on challenges related to batteries, energy storage, UPS systems, chargers, inverters, and related accessories;

Be based Greece or the Balkan area, you will travel a lot all over this area;

Map out market potential by segment and analyze where growth opportunities lie.
You will help grow Intercel Group’s market position by recognizing opportunities and responding with the right solutions. You will gain technical product knowledge along the way, but what matters most is your commercial drive and your ability to translate customer needs into action.

Who you are
• Currently living in Greece or Balkan area
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial (field) sales role
• You have technical knowledge; further expertise in batteries and energy storage is a plus
• Educational background is not strictly required, but relevant qualifications are an advantage
• You hold a valid driver’s license (B) and enjoy being on the road
• Very good command of English, in addition to Greek
• You are eager, confident, and both solution- and results-oriented
• You have a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship, always going the extra mile
• You are communicative, commercially minded, and able to recognize opportunities
